We use DPD for smaller orders.
If you purchase panels or large mirrors, your order will be shipped with Hellmann.

Delivery time 7-14 working days.

Delivery time is 7-14 days for all products in the shop. However, longer delivery times may occur during peak periods or due to external factors.

Once you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for any damage that may occur during transit. You may reuse the packaging you received from us. If the original packaging is missing, the value of the item may be reduced. Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to large mirrors and panels. If the item requires special transport, we will arrange for collection from our office in Herford.

If you wish to return an item delivered to you by DPD, you must drop off your parcel at a DPD parcel shop of your choice. We will send you a return label to attach to your parcel (sent via email).

No right of withdrawal
These contracts cannot be revoked:
The delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to your wishes or are clearly tailored to your personal needs, as well as the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, cannot be returned.

We only accept packages sent directly to this address. You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and dropping off the item in person at the above address.

If you cancel your purchase, you'll receive a refund. If the value of the goods has decreased, we'll deduct the amount you owe.
We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods.
